Easy and fast doesn´t normally correspond with tradition. But here it does.
– Use Japanese kyusu teapot and matching cups (content wise).
– Boil water and let it cool to 70ᵒC. You can make it cooler by pourimg into the teapot and then to the cups.
– The teaware gets warm and water cools down. Meanwhile, put two tea spoons of Sencha tea into the teapot.
– Pour the water on it from the cups. Let it steep for 1 minute and pour it out again into the cups. You can prepare more infusions like that, with water slightly warmer and steep only for 15 seconds.
