Two-colour matcha-strawberry cream

300g    garden strawberries
250g    full-fat soft curd
1 x       whipping cream 12%
two tablespoons of cane sugar
one teaspoon of Matchaccino
Strawberry cream
Mix the strawberries and one tablespoon of sugar, half of the curd and whipping cream and blend thoroughly with a blender.
Matcha cream
Mix one heaped teaspoonful of Matchaccino with the remaining curd and whipping cream. Sweeten with a tablespoon of cane sugar and blend.
To a clear glass, first pour the matcha cream and then the strawberry one. You may put a strawberry or another fruit on top.
